Names of Columns

Is there a way to see the names of the columns when I'm far down on the page (so I don't need to keep scrolling up and down)
?

Select the cell you want to see,
Window > Freeze Panes

Actually, you should select the row below the row you want to see or the
cell below the cell you want to see (and to the right of the cell you want
to see if you want to free columns or rows and columns)
