names showing up when put in bcc

When sending out emials using Outlook (2003), I put the addresses in the bcc
field and they still show up for all to see. They show up under the "to:"
line when the email comes in. I have tried 5 different emails putting
addresses in bcc and they still are visible to eveyone to see. Why is this?

Umm if they show in the "To" field, you are NOT using BCC.
