namespace-data keeps on changing

As data keeps on changing in my worksheet. I want the data to only look for
cells in the worksheet and not the entire page(which include even blank
cells) as it slows my application. I cant even set a specific range because
as new data is put in the range might increase or decrease.Please help

Try using dynamic ranges.
