Namespaces error message

I'm new to Infopath; trying to build a new form based on XML files (exported
from Access tables). The first one goes in okay, but when I try to add a
second one, I get this message: "The selected XML Schema specifies one or
more namespaces that are already in use in this form by another XML Schema.
Would you like to use the XML Schemas already associated with these
namespaces?" I don't even know what namespaces are, so I have no clue what
this means. Any clues anyone?
