Naming email accounts

I have successfully set up four POP email accounts. However the email
accounts all have the same name -- that of the incoming server
pop.nameofserver.co.uk except for (1), (2), (3) appended after the name. How
can I change the names to a more descriptive name for each one? A step by
step guide would be appreciated! Thanks!

Go to Tools || Email Accounts || NEXT || select the account and click on
Change || More Settings || Change the description on the General Tab (the
field under Mail Account).
