narration over ppt slides

We recorded a presentation and embedded narration in our
slides and now the file is over 250MB. Is there anything
we can do to make the file smaller so that we can upload
it to our school's intranet?

Check the quality of the recording. If you are able to lower the sound
recording quality, you will make the file size smaller.
