Navagation Pane

I have inadvertently shrunk my navagation pane and cannot seem to get it back
to normal. What can I do?

Yer kiddin' right? There is a two arrow icon on the top that you click, you
can also stretch with the mouse, and finally, F11 key toggles it back and
forth.
