One document with form fields in unprotected and protected sections.

We have system info filling into unprotected section, so can not protect
that section and then form fields that need to be answered in that
unprotected section. Form fields in protected section perform calculations.

Command keys F11 and Shift+F11 do not work in unprotected area. Is there a
macro that can be built to move between form fields in unprotected section.

Protect the whole document and have the code that is populating the
formfields with system info unprotect it and reprotect it. That is not
really necessary however if your code is using the .Result attribute of the
formfields to set the values to be displayed in them. However, why does the
user need to move between the formfields in the unprotected section?

Thank you for your quick reply to my question.

The system info is not filling into form fields - it's filling in at
bookmarks in the unprotected section and is merely text that the user must
have ability to modify. Then, user has additional areas in the unprotected
section to complete and these areas are flagged by the text form fields so
that he can quickly move to those form fields and complete accordingly. The
user also has macros that he will select and run from menu dropdowns.

Can we create a macro assigned to a hotkey (F11 and Shift+F11) so that the
user can quickly move to the form fields in the unprotected sections? If
not, my thought is to have the user modify info coming in from the system,
run any macros and then protect the entire document (all sections) and
complete all form fields at that time.
