Navigating the Office Clipboard (Word 2001)

[OS 9.2.2 / Word 2001]

I did a lot of work in Word 2001 today, and a lot of it involved the
Office Clipboard.

My arm hurts, frankly, from clicking on the different boxes. I have
looked around, but can't see a way of navigating it with keyboard
commands. Have I missed something?

Thanks (wanting to avoid using the mouse this much)

PS Or is it back to something like Keyquencer?
