Navigation Bar disappears when web is published

Yes, the bottom nav bar is fine. I stated that in my
original post.

My home page is named default.html. I've recalculated the
hyperlinks.
I also installed Front Page 2003 Beta.
Still no nav bars (now they are called "link bars")

Make sure your home page is named default.html, check
you nav bar properties and run a Tools recalculate
Hyperlinks before you
republish
