navigation bar graphics problem

I am fairly new to web design and I just purchased Frontpage 2003. I am
having a problem getting the navigation bars to display properly. I select a
certain style but only get text. They look fine in Frontpage and in my
browser "preview." But when I look at them online all I get is the text. Am I
doing something wrong? Here is what it looks like:

Your host needs to be running the FP2002 SE in order to use custom styles (the Satin theme) w/ nav bars
- apply a default theme to your pages & use that
