Navigation Bar Problems FP2000

I have a Navigation Bar at the top of the screen (with no links on, just a
logo), i have a navigation bar on the left hand side of screen, with links
to my different pages (which works fine).

But then i have a navigation bar at the bottom, which i want the links to
open my pages between the 3 Navigation bars i have. But every time i create
a link, the link will always display the page in the left hand navigation
bar.

I just can't figure it out and would really appreciate some help.
