Navigation menu item won't display

I used a template to create our website and have made regular updates with Frontpage 2000. I recently added another page and included it on the side navigation menu by updating the navigation view in Frontpage. The menu displays properly on all pages of the website when run from the version on my hard drive, but the version on the ftp site shows an image error where the new menu item was added. The menu is only correct on the page that was added. Does anyone have a suggestion for how to correct the menu on the ftp site

Start here: http://www.slotcp.org/market.htm then click away to any other page and the menu will not display properly.

Did you FTP the new button images from the _hidden _derived Folder?
http://www.slotcp.org/_derived/market.htm_cmp_business-760-blue010_vbtn_a.gif is missing

I thought I had copied all of the files to the ftp site, but I must have overlooked the files in the _derived folder. I updated the gif files and the problem is fixed. Thanks for your help!
