Navigation pane contains two All folders

The contents of the two folders is identical (Deleted Items, Drafts, Inbox,
etc.) The .pst was copied from another system.

The easiest way to fix the issue of "ghost" .PST files is to create a new
mail profile from scratch. You can do this via Control Panel | Mail | Show
Profiles.
