navigation pane

Can anyone advise how I can list more than three months in the Navigation
pane? There is a large white box below the "Months" which has some
suggestions in it - How to share calendars, Search calendars on line etc. I
would have more use for additional months (possibly 2 extra making 5 in
total) in this area. How can I do this please?

Unfortunately you can remove those links. If you pull the inside edge inward
1 calendar size, you can make two columns.

Many thanks - didn't provide the answer I was thinking of but at least I now
have 6 months calendars to view - though there is an even larger blank and
unused space (from my perspective) between the calendars and the folder
lists. A good answer nonetheless.

That was supposed to be "you can't" remove those links BTW, but the only
other way to get more vertical space is to collapse the groups and
navigation buttons -
http://www.xsolive.com/Outlook Screen shots/Forms/DispForm.aspx?ID=31
and make the window as large as possible (close toolbars) -you'll still have
the wasted space where the links are though.

Hi Diane,

Many thanks - I gathered there was an error - the brain outpacing the
fingers - happens with me all the time. Pity about the space but at least
you've answered my query.

Regards

Jimmy
