Hi
This is my first time using this messageboard as well as making a website. I'm having difficulties of keeping the nav bars to stay consistant. I have about 4 levels of pages. Everytime I change from the Child level on the left side bar, all the pages change with it. How can I get the pages at "Child level" to stay, and the ones at the "Same level" to stay too?
This site is not yet posted because I'm waiting for the server to be FP compatible. But I'd like to know how to get it done before publication! Somebody please assist me!

If I understand your question, then you are correct,
changing the navigation view for one page affects link
bars on all pages. There's only one Navigation view
diagram per site, and all the pages derive from it.

To create Nav bars for one page that are different from
those on other pages, use a Custom Link Bar rather than a
Link Bar Based On Navigation View.
