Navigation Structure Not Publishing

Baffled

I'm publishing from my hard drive to the host. I had somehow lost the
navigation structure on the host. When I publish, the navigation
structure/links don't publish.
Any ideas?

What option do you have selected when you publish and are you publishing to a server that has the FP
extensions installed?
