Navigation view

While updating a web-site I accidently clicked on
something...I wish I knew what and deleted the entire
navigational view. Any help would be appreciated on how
to bring it back. All links are intact and all files are
still there. Just no hierarchy on the navigational view.

View Navigation - is it there?
If not, you need to recreate it
If so, in your pages - Insert Navigation bar
