When I lunch Office Word, I get a message navw32.exe
(navex32a.dell). Please, I how do I fix this promblem
from coming up again and again. Thanks.

navw32 is probably Norton Anti Virus.
If it isn't running correctly, it may be out-of-date and the PC infected
with a virus.
Try running an on-line virus scan from Symantec.com
