Necessary permissions.....

Is there anyway to open a database when you receive the "You don't have
necessary permission to use file c:/my document//.
Have your system administrator or the person who estabilish this
file, create approriate permission for you" error message? The user sent me
the db, but nothing else (no workgroup information file, etc.)

Get the Workgroup Information file from the user, and use a desktop shortcut to open the database. You'll also need a username/password to get in.

Impossible no. Costly yes. There are various hacking tools available for a
price. A quick Google search should find some.
