necessary permissions

I reinstall WinXP and Office2002 on my computer and I was surprized to no
longer open some Access2002 files.
I receive message "You do not have the necessary permissions to use the "
" object. Have your sistem administrator or the person who created this
object establish the appropiate permissions for you "
How can I do ? I am user with administrator rights on my computer.

This has nothing to do with Access. The folder you're attempting to open may
not have user rights.

Try going to the WinXP forums.
