Thanks for the help on my last question. I finished the time sheet and it
works great, so great I been asked to share it with other stores. Problem is
other store have more employee's.
Here is my basic layout
My 1st 5 rows have formulas to count number of shifts and other info we use
to plan a days work
next 30 rows have staff name's (3 rows per person ie mra is row 10 11 & 12,
Mr B is row 13 14 & 15 ect)
In those 30 rows (10 workers) they are broken into 3 groups (IEgroup "A"
inside, group "B"out side and group "C" on call)
13 work sheets 1 for each month and 1 to input controls data used in
calculations
I need something easy so other who may use can adjust any one of the 3
groups to fit the number of staff they have. Some of the people using it
have trouble when you tell them to minimize a window. So If I need to get it
down to something where one could type in the number of staff they want to
add in a specific cell and hit enter in a cell and hit enter.
It has to add a row in 12 of the 13 worksheet (Jan - Dec) but not in the
very 1st work sheet
I know if you add a row it carries the formula's but my fear is that will be
over to many people heads.
It would be great if it copy the style of the rest of the work sheet (ie the
color in cells, style of border lines, height of the rows ect)
