Need a converter to open OneNote 2007 files with OneNote 2003

Does anyone know if there is a converter download available to convert
OneNote 2207 files with OneNote 2003?

There is no converter available. You can either install the OneNote 2007
trial to view the files, or publish the sections from OneNote 2007 into
mht/pdf/etc.
