Many of our users are using the cached mode of Outlook to avail of the Junk
mail filtering provided by Outlook. The problem is that every once and a
while a user(s) will end up working in offline mode and not realize it. This
usually results in calls to our help desk, with questions like "I'm not
getting any mail" or "The delegate permissions tab is greyed out" etc. I
would be nice is you could give Outlook a different color scheme when working
offline. or even a background watermark. Something to let the end user know
that something is different, something has changed.
