Need a hyperlink from Word to a specific slide in PPT

I need to create a hyperlink in word that lets me jump to a powerpoint file
but also takes me to a specific slide number. How do I do this? I tried to
use the bookmark feature in powerpoint and then find the bookmark via Word,
but Word doesn't seem to be able to see bookmarks in powerpoint.
