Need a Signature in my Replies - tried Hotfix already

Hello, I used to have a signature in my replies and then it stopped. I have
Outlook 2003 and have already tried the Hotfix which said you need to reply
with message as an atachment rather than included - which I don't like. It
still didn't work, Any suggestions?
