Need a Symbol (Half-Filled Circle)

I need to find a half-filled circle (like in Consumer Reports) as a
symbol rather than as a file. I've been able to find a full circle and
empty circle, but not half-filled. Does anyone know of a font that has
this, or how I could import as a symbol? Thanks!

Try Wingdings 2, it has semicircles.

Arial Unicode has the circles as well, Geometric Shapes
25D2. alt+x (bottom)
25D3, alt+x (top)

Or if you want right and left, try 25D0 an 25D1.
