Need a template for a letter of hardship to a bank

Hello there,

I am in desperate need of some help. My sister and I are trying to help save my brothers business and his home. He had a girl friend that talked him into letting her be his secretary and she embezzled thousands of dollars from the business and cashed out his home equity. He is in the process of bring her to trial. To make a long story short ... I need a template ... a starting point, so that I can type up a Letter of Hardship to send to the bank to try to stop the sale of his and his sons home.

unless your brother has medical/mental issues, he's going to learn a very
