need a template for Annual Parental Visitation Schedule / Calenda.

I would like to see a template for Annual Parental Visitation Schedules /
Calendars. While the court papers list the basic schedule it is not usually
a format that is easily followable. Basic calendars require a lot of input,
each weekend and each holiday.

Does anyone know of a shortcut in some office program that would work?
