Need a template for Monthly Treasurers Report.

I have just been elected as Treasurer of a local club and would like to start
giving a monthly Treasurers report. Just something simple showing Chaching
and Savings balances and some recent activity.

Please help with a recomended format.

Sorry but I could not find anything approperiate for just a small club. Here
is what I came up with on my own.
Independence High School
Junior Reserve Officers Training Core

Semi-Annual Financial Report

Beginning Balance as of June 5, 2006 $0,000.00

Income $0,000.00
· Parking Revenue
· Softball Tournament

Expenses ($0,000.00)
· Softball Tournament Supplies
· Teacher Appreciation Awards
· Chapter Fee

Ending Balance as of January 30, 2007 $0,000.00
