Need a Word Formula That References Text Dropdown Fields and Numeric Entries

I am trying to sum the results of two tables which use dropdown field
and then a numeric entry. The fields in the dropdown fields are IA, PH
OH, WT, AJ, NE, PL, TR, ST, CO, MC, CC, LR, IW, IP, IV, TR, and OO.
These are the time codes which the user selects to categorize thei
time.

The column next to it is a text field and allows the form user to ente
their time spent according to time code.

What I need to be able to do is to total the time according to each tim
code in another table. For example, I need to sum all of the IAs, th
PHs, etc in another table underneath each category
