I wouldn't look at the hourly rate. There are competent database developers
who charge as little as $10 a day in some countries and others that are
semi-useless charge as much as $295 an hour. Instead, look at the reputation
of the individual and your ability to work with him/her at a rate that you
can afford. It's the result that you should be looking at, not the effort.

Thanks. I'll do that.

How would I go about finding an Access developer in the Seattle, Wa. area.?
Any ideas from anyone here? I won't sort by rate.

Bryce.

yes, the pnwadg is a good source.. it'll just take you a couple of days
to get an answer out of that right??

if i were you though; i would just email [email protected] and see if he's
interested.
i dont know for sure about their rate-- i would count on going up
some... but they're the best anywhere i've seen.. the only people i'd
trust _MY_ access with lol

tell us more about the project; how many tables-- ballpark-- how many
forms; reports.. etc
