I replaced all the spaces in all file names with underscores. But, when
you go to the first page and enter name and phone and hit submit it should
take you to the next page via hyperlink - instead it wants a user name and
password? The server does have the FP extensions. How do I fix this
problem? Check it out -

You create a page in your web that you want to
use as a "confirmation page," and name it confirm.htm
or whatever.
Then, you go to form properties and set your confirmation
page to the one you created. Or you can set it to any page in your
web that you desire, your home page or what ever you want.

The web-bot that runs the form will automatically open that
page when the submit button is clicked.

Steve - How do I link the new page to the original page so that when you click send it will know to go to the new page? Thanks in advance for your help.

Steve Easton

Right click anywhere in the form,
select Form properties, select Options,
click the "Confirmation page" tab,
and enter the name of the page you
want opened or click Browse and then select
the page you want used as the confirmation page.
Then keep clicking OK all the way out.

Publish.

Steve - Now I'm really getting somewhere but, If you have 3 radio buttons and you want then to go to a different page depending on which answer he chooses - How can you do that when Confirmation Page only has one slot for URL confirmation page?
