Thanks to Randy harris and Amal for replying,
I understand now why I got no replies re the attachment.
Okay, so here's the list of tables and assocciated fields. Please don't
laugh!
I KNOW that it's not perfect as when I come to link the relationships I
get stuck with the PK in the tblWhichBridalFair linking to FKs in the
tblBookings, tblOutgoings and the tblOtherIncome. I'm sure this isn't
right but I can see no other way of arranging my tables and fields to
meet the objective of the database.
Which is:
"The concept of the database is briefly to describe a fair from the
view point of the fair organiser. Included are lists of the
stallholders (sellers) and various other tables to enable the organiser
to ascertain costs and resources."
Here are the tables and fields.

a more elagant solution to my table creation, to meet the above
objectives.
Thanks.
