need assistance w/ office 2003 sp1 & sp2 download, unable continu

office 2003 sp1 & sp2 updates continuously indicates unseccessful install.
I've cked. all suggested areas that has been offered and still not able to
install.

I'm all ears, if anyone has idea's.

No, No, No. That is Office XP, not Office 2003.
