Need assistance with Groove 3.1 upgrade to Groove 2007?

Tim in FL

The company I work for uses Groove 3.1 extensively. Is there a migration
path for Groove 3.1 to Groove 2007? If so, what is it?

Hi Tim,

Yes, there is migration information available on using MS Office Groove 2007 client and server products. You may want to check with
the folks in the MS Office Groove discussion group using the link below as a starting point.

Cost. If we already ahve a license for Groove ( Project edition) and I want
to upgrade to the office 2007 French edition, is there a cost with this.

Thanks

Hi Denis,

You may want to check with the folks in the MS Office Groove discussion group using the link below, but for license questions it's
best to contact Microsoft (http://microsoft.com/licensing) directly, especially if you're looking at volume licensing.

The MS Office 2007 apps are language neutral (i.e. you add languages, even English to the vanilla core), but depending on your usage
scenario licensing may vary.
