NEED CURRENT DOCUMENT WITH NAMES & NUMBERS ALPHABETICAL

a list has been composed of names and the numbers (3-4 different phone
numbers each name) the list of names is under a letter heading for the
beginning letter of the last name but the list of names under each heading is
not in alphabetical order. I need to be able to put these in order along with
the corresponding numbers that are with each person

If this is in an Access database, you can use a Query and/or a Report.
Could you describe the structure of your Tables, and a bit more about
how you want the output to look?

If this information is in Word (or any program other than Microsoft
Access) please post your question - with a bit more detail - to an
appropriate newsgroup for that program.
