Need downloadable tutorials as not all computers access internet

I'm looking for downloadable tutorials like the online ones that can be run
and used on computers that do not access the internet.

http://www.microsoft.com/learning has some content which can be played
offline, but it requires a connection for downloading the content on that
pc, after that's done you can run it without internet connection on _that_
pc
