Need Excel sheet-calc compounded future value of quarterly flows

Looking for a spreadsheet that will allow me to calculate a series of
quarterly cash flows compounding at a fixed rate

If the quarterly cash flows are equal and if the fixed rate is
the nominal rate (not the APR), the answer is simple:

=FV(rate/4,4*years,-cashFlow,,1)

(Or replace "4*years" with the number of quarters.)

If the quarterly cash flows are unequal or if the fixed rate
is an APR, please be more specific.
