Need Fonts that look like they are dripping or crumbling

Does anyone know if Publisher or any MS product that can produce lettering
effects so that the letters, or words, appear to be dripping or crumbling??
Any helpful suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

WSI font collection has 2. 1st is Halloween- it is a solid dripping font and
2nd is Ghouly- it's basically the same only open.
