Need Form for client

My client is asking me for a "WEBPAGE" where he can update a page on the
website i'm developing for him. In other words, he has a list on one of the
pages which he wants to personally updating without needing me, a reasonable
request since he had the same thing with his previous developer.

Any ideas?

You might check out some types of CMS. From what I can remember,
http://www.contentseed.com/ is compatible in a way with Frontpage
