Need formula to automatically populate Sheet 2 cells with same content as Sheet 1

Hi everyone

I have created an Excel document with three worksheets in it. I nee
Sheets 2 and 3 to have certain columns copied from Sheet 1 (I a
entering some information about a group of people, and the "name" an
"contact information" columns need to remain the same across all thre
sheets).

I have been reading through some forums and came across this formula:
=Baseline!C

However, the problem with this formula is, it requires me to manuall
change the cell number every time I paste the formula into a new cell
For example, if I need Sheet 1 C4 copied to Sheet 2 C4, I need to g
back into the formula and manually change "C3" to "C4," and so on.
need about 200 cells duplicated and manually changing the formul
doesn't seem very feasible

Is there an easier way to get the formula to automatically copy from th
next cell, so that every name can be copied, not just the name in C3

This may work for you. Click the Sheet 2 tab. Hold down on CTRL whil
clicking on the Sheet 3 tab. This has grouped these two sheets.

Now select Sheet 2 C4, then press the "+" key. Go to Sheet one an
select C4, then hit Enter. This should have put the formula "+Sheet1!C4
in cell C4 of both Sheet2 and Sheet 3. While these two sheets are stil
grouped, select Sheet 2 again and then copy the formula in C4 down a
many rows as needed. The same formulas should fill in the correspondin
cells on Sheet 3
