Need Help ASAP!!!

Need help with email and calander.

I need to know how to do the following....

send a meeting to someone else and it ads it to there calendar.

inside of an email have the receipient be able to click on a link to ad the
apptointment to there calendar

Vince Averello [MVP-Outlook]

What version of Outlook are you using? If it's one of the later (2002 and
later) you can send the appointment/meeting as an iCal item which will
travel over the Internet via email just fine and it'll give the recipient
the option to accept or decline the appointment/meeting. The iCal option
should be shown here: Tools menu > Options > Calendar
