How do i Print database objects and data in access i am
very confused and need assistance
This is very basic Access knowledge -- did you just open up the program and
try to start using it without _any_ self-study or training? Newsgroups
aren't an appropriate medium for training or tutorials. Try visiting the
Office Online website at
http://office.microsoft.com and following the links
for "training". A good book for the rank novice is _Microsoft Access
<versionnumber> Step by Step_ from Microsoft Press; a book that is good,
starts and the beginning, but goes deeper into the subject is _Microsoft
Access <versionnumber> Inside - Out_ from Microsoft Press. The Access 2003
edition (which mostly applies to 2002, also) is by John Viescas; the 2007
edition is by John Viescas and Jeff Conrad.
You'll improve your chances of getting good answers if you summarize the
topic of your question in the Subject line, so people don't have to open
your post to see if they can, and if they are interested in answering
questions on the topic. "Need Help ASAP" is, in the context of the
newsgroup, meaningless: everyone who comes here is either in need of help or
providing it, and everyone's problem is, to them, a priority. For other
good suggestions on effective use of newsgroups, see the FAQ at
http://www.mvps.org/access/netiquette.htm.
To document Access objects, in 2003 and earlier, on the menu Tools |
Analysis | Documenter. You've already had suggestions on data. There are
third-party documentation tools, fee and free. Search the archives of this
newsgroup for specific references.
