Need Help Creating a form on Many to Many Relationship

I have multiple many to many relationships that I would like to include
on a form. Be able to insert into it as well. I can't seem to get my
arms around it in access. I know how I would do it in vb and sql but
cant figure it out in access and this needs to be done in access with
out a VB or VB.NET front end.
