need help eliminating password prompt

On page http://www.barrs-furniture.com/contact.html .... some submitters
are getting a loginnet.password security box popup and I need to find out how
to eliminate it ... I can't find loginnet's contact info ... I have received
helpful suggestion from here but I still can't find the solution. Could it
be the submitters settings on his browser? Could it be something I've missed
in FP2003? is settings? Are there any more suggestions onhow to stop the
password prompt form coming up or who I should contact.

Thanks, Vince

A quick Google search shows that loginnet is part of Microsoft's
Password login system, and problems with the login dialogue unexpectedly
appearing are mostly associated with Yahoo Mail users, but only when
they try to use an email client.

How or why this should affect your web site I do not know.

The Google search revealed users with the problem, but no solutions
other than to ensure the user has a Password (now Windows Live) account
and their machine allows Cookies to be set. I do not see this as a
solution, but may be a workaround.
