Need help modifying an exsiting DB

I'm still cutting my teeth when it comes to Access. I have been given
an existing Access DB to modify. The problem I have should be simple.

There is a form with a Purple border on the left side and I need to
change the color of the border but I can't figure out how to do that.

In form design view, double-click the border. That should bring up the
properties dialog where (probably background) color can be changed.
