Need Help-Outlook /express Stationery

I have a problem that I need help with.
When I send a Email stationery and review it the sound does not play,but all
the other files work fine.
I can click on any music in my music file and Media player plays the music
fine.
but it does not when I review the Email.
Windows media player screen comes up but no sound.
can anyone help me solve the problem.
