need help please

somebody send me an e-mail, cant open it, it says it was created on power
point. I have power point but i can open the e-mail. can someone help me.
please

Save the file to your harddrive, then double-click to open it. Some of the
service packs block PPT attachments from opening in the PPT Viewer.

It could also be an issue of them sending you a PPT 2007 file, but you only
have PPT 2003 or earlier installed. In that case, there's a compatibility
pack you can install so you can open PPT 2007 file formats with PPT 2002 or
2003. You must also install all critical Windows updates before the compat
pack will work.

Or you can download and install the PPT 2007 Viewer, which includes the
