Need help setting up Tony Toews Auto FE Updater

I'm getting an error message when trying to set up the .bat file for
the users to "download" the front end using Tony Toews Auto FE Updater.
I put the following line in the .bat file:

StartMDB.exe /cmd /inifile:"startup.ini"

and from the other person's PC I'm getting the error message:

Cannot find Settings section of ini file
First line of .ini file must be [Settings]

Or something to that effect, but the first line is [Settings]. I've
deleted the file and recreated it and still getting the same error. Any
suggestions?

Please bear with me, I'm new to all of this. I'm not even sure if I'm
creating the .bat file correctly.

Please disregard this post, I wasn't putting in the entire directory
path. I got that fixed now but I still have another problem. I can get
the Auto FE Updater to copy the FE to the user's PC when they open it
but they are still getting ODBC call failures when they try to run any
of the queries. How do I fix this?
